Failed to Import Photos to Camera Roll?

Problem Description:

When you use TunesGo to import photos to camera roll, even if TunesGo App is already open
on your mobile device, but still does not start importing, it may be that TunesGo App does not have permission to access "Photos".



Solution:

1. When you use "TunesGo App" for the first time, the mobile device will pop up a window "TunesGo Would Like to Access Your Photos". Please click "OK" to allow "TunesGo App" to access photos on your device.



2. If you click "Don't Allow", then you need to allow TunesGo access to "Photos" permissions manually.

Open "Settings" on the mobile device, find TunesGo and click, open the "Photos" switch within.



3. Please exit and re-open "TunesGo App", if still failed to import, please restart the device then try again.

While importing photos, please keep the USB cable connection. Do not unplug the USB cable or close TunesGo App, please waiting for the imports completion.
