Wondershare Dr.Fone is a powerful data recovery tool, which can help you scan and recover deleted data from your iOS or recover lost data from iTunes backup files, including Photos, Contacts, SMS, Call history, Calendar, Notes, Voice Memo, Safari Bookmark, etc

iOS devices supported:

Tips:
Please download iTunes latest version firstly before running Wondershare Dr.Fone. Then install iTunes from setup DFU mode when the program scans your iOS device.
DO Not start iTunes or sync files when running the program to avoid data overwriting.


After installation, start Wondershare Dr.Fone and follow the steps below to get your valuable data back.

Step 1 Select a recovery mode

1) Recover from iOS Device
Scan iOS device directly to find data deleted recently or lost due to inaccessible iOS.

2) Recover from iTunes Backup File
Scan iTunes backup file if you have deleted data for a long time, or failed to recover from iOS device directly, or even lost iOS device.
Recover lost files of iPhone, iPad, iPod touch from iTunes backup files, if they have been synchronized with iTunes.



Step 2 Recover from iOS Device

1) Please connect your iOS device to PC.
2) Set DFU mode

1. Hold your device, then click Start button.
2. Hold Power and Home buttons at the same time for exact 10 seconds.
3. Release Power button. Keep holding Home button.




3) Start Scanning

Step 3 Recover from iTunes Backup File


The iTunes backup files will be listed in the program. Choose one for scanning according to the device name and backup date. Click Start Scan to start scanning.

Note: If your iOS device is not listed here, it’s probably because your iOS device has not been synchronized with iTunes.

Step 4 Scan, preview, filter and find out the specific files you need. Then click Recover button.






Step 5 Select a destination to save the recoverable data. Click Save to confirm it.
