How do I retrieve the registration code of the latest version for reinstallation or get an offline installer?

If you have not received your registration code after purchasing, or you need to reinstall your software due to computer crash or changing computer, you can always retrieve the registration code via this link: Retrieve Registration Code.
When there, you have the option to recover your code using your Licensed e-mail address or order number. If further assistance is required for your registration code, you can also contact support.

To reinstall the product on a new computer, you just need to use the same code information to reinstall it directly. If your computer doesn't have internet, you can add cbs_down in the URL to get an offline installer.

Note: To get prompt and specific support, it is requested that you provide for us the Order Number as well as contacting us using the licensed e-mail. If you no longer have access to that e-mail, then it is requested that you reference it in your message to us. If you still have the original confirmation e-mail, attaching that will also help us locate your order faster.
