FAQ for the following product:

a. Change duration under Timeline mode
This is the most intuitive way to adjust the duration of segment. To do so, first switch to Timeline mode by selecting Timeline tab to the left side of Tool Bar. And then move your cursor over the right end of the segment, when the cursor turns into arrow shape, drag to right or left (increase/decrease duration) at your pleasure. Remember that if you find that you can't drag any more, you have arrived at its maximum or minimum value. In Standard Mode, the styles have specified length when they are desired by our colleagues. Generally speaking, the larger is the photo count, the longer duration the segment will have. When you change the duration of selected segment, the minimum value is the half of default length of added style, while the maximum value is 2 times of the default length.
Note: To change duration of a segment under Timeline Mode, you have to drag the right end of this
segment. The current segment you are working on will be highlighted in blue color. Please pay attention to this.
b. Change duration under Storyboard mode
Alternatively, you can double-click the time number under style thumbnail on Storyboard to change it to any value in the arrange of maximum and minimum. Remember that if the value you input is larger than the maximum or smaller than minimum, the program will automatically change it to the maximum or minimum value. In addition, the duration of segment is display in the format MM : SS (minutes:seconds). However, it's in the format of seconds while you are editing. Therefore, the number will be rounded up if necessary. You have the more intuitive way to adjust the duration of segment.
