How to set points for answers(choices)?
In the Feedback group, click the Score button and select By Answer, a Points column appears behind the Choices text field. Enter a value for each choice, and negative points are not supported.
Note: Setting points for answers is only available in Multiple Choice, Multiple Response, Fill in the Blank, Matching and Click Map.
