What to do if my converted Excel file is blank?

If your converted Excel file is blank and your original PDF file is scanned file, it is likely to be that you miss the important step of enabling OCR recognition

1) Click File>Preferences>OCR button. Here you can select the OCR language to be matched with your document language.


2) Click Home>To Others>Convert to Excel button.


3) A window box will pop up to allow you to choose the destination folder, please click Settings to open the Excel Settings window box. In the Excel Settings window box, please choose Only scanned PDF under OCR Recognition to enable OCR for the conversion.
