When loading a DVD, the program stops responding, what can I do?

Generally, the case will occur if the DVD drive on the computer is damaged or there is special encryption in the DVD. You can use the way below to fix the case.

1. Make sure the source DVD plays well on your computer before you load it. 

2. Update the DVD driver on the computer and make sure that the DVD plays well on the computer. You can right-click My Computer on the desktop, select Manage->Device Manager->DVD/CD-ROM drives to find the DVD drive and right-click the drive to update it.

3. Click the Load DVD button and load the DVD.  Sometimes, It will take longer time to load the DVDs, but it can correctly decode them.

4. If it still fails to load the DVD, please contact us with the DVD information, including DVD name, publisher and regional code.
