What are the next steps after receiving the message, “To transfer data successfully, please uncheck the Encrypt iPhone backup option in iTunes”?

This message will appear if you have encrypted your iTunes backup file, and MobileTrans cannot load the data in your phone. Here are the steps to fix it:

1. Open iTunes, click the iPhone icon in the upper left corner. Next uncheck Encrypt iPhone backup.

2. Reconnect the device and run MobileTrans again.
