What to do if the virtual audio recording driver failed to be installed?

While launching the product, you may get this message "Can't find Virtual Audio Recording Driver", which means the Virtual Audio recording driver fails to be installed.

You can try the following steps to install it again:

1) Click Install button;

2) Then a window will appear asking you to type your password to allow this process.

3) Enter your Mac password and click OK button. The Virtual Audio Recording Driver will be installed again.

If the above doesn't help you, please click "I need direct assistance" button and provide following information for further assistance:

1) Click Apple icon>System Preferences on the top menu bar>Sound>Output, please offer us a screenshot (Command+Shift+4) of the Output page;
2) Click Apple icon>About This Mac> More Info...>System Report.... Then please send a screenshot of the appearing page to us.
