How do you address “Your device is sleeping now” prompt?

The message prompt usually occurs when the device goes into sleep mode.

To solve it, you can follow the steps below:

1. Make sure the device is supported by the application. You can refer to the link to check the supported devices.


2. Restart your mobile device or reconnect the USB cable to reactivate it.

3. If the instructions above doesn't work, Go to Settings>Developer options>Stay awake for 4.0 system and Settings>Applications>Development>Stay awake for 4.3 system or below.
