What if I already paid and it asks me to pay again or says I'm on the free trial?

  If you have just purchased Filmii, you may need to wait for the transaction to be fully processed.

  If your order was completed successfully, here are a couple things you can check:

    1) Check to make sure you purchased the version of Filmii compatible with your computer (I.e. Mac or PC).

    2)Are you signed in? You will always be on the free trial unless you sign in using a Wondershare ID associated with a paid license.

    3) Were you already signed in while using the free trial? If so, you may need to refresh your activation status from the account window.

    4) Try signing out, closing the program, and then opening it and signing in again.

    5)Check expire date of your subscription plan.
