How to transfer videos from camcorders directly to the product?

Follow instructions below on how to load videos from a camcorder：

  1. Go to the Convert tab à Add files, click on the drop-down list and select Add from Camcorder.
  2. Connect your camcorder via USB cable to the computer. The product will read the files on your camcorder.
  3. Select the videos to be converted. And click Add to Convert List to add them into the Convert window for further conversion.
