Could I change license type from Windows to Mac version / Mac to Windows version?

One license does not run both Windows and Mac platforms no matter it is a single-user or multi-user license.

If a wrong platform license was unfortunately purchased and still within 30 days (7 days for Data management products and famisafe product) from the day when the order was placed. Please repurchase the correct platform license and let us know via http://support.wondershare.com/#/contact, we’ll help fully refund you for the wrong platform order promptly.

If the wrong platform order exceeds the above mentioned 30/7 days time limit for refund, you can contact Wondershare Support Team to get a discount to purchase the correct platform license.
