There download button will not be accessible for the following reasons.

1. Safari and Chrome are not supported for our add-on. It will only work in Firefox and IE.
2. The plug-in may not have installed successfully. Click Main menu>Preferences>Download and then click on the Repair button beside Video Download Plugin.
