Are phones or tablets with Mobile Device Management (MDM) supported for data or WhatsApp transfer?

Devices with Mobile Device Management (MDM) have imposed restrictions that prevent the transfer of data, such as files, contacts, or WhatsApp. To enable data transfer from these devices, it is necessary to remove the MDM.

If the device is provided by your company, we recommend contacting your IT department or the relevant personnel responsible for managing company devices. They will be able to assist you in removing the MDM from your device.

Once the MDM has been successfully removed, you will be able to proceed with the data transfer process without any restrictions.
