How to fix if Dr.Fone failed to remove iPhone/iPad Passcode/Pattern Lock? (Windows)

If you are trying to remove your iPhone/iPad screen passcode/pattern lock (instead of the Apple ID/iCloud activation lock), and Dr.fone shows failed to unlock the device or unlock process is stuck at 19% or 99%. You may try the solution below to see if it would help:

1. Reinstall the latest version Dr.fone - Screen Unlock from our official website:
https://drfone.wondershare.com/iphone-unlock.html

2. Open your computer‘s disk, and select Hidden Items from View.

3. Find the folder Wondershare_DrFone_IOSUnlock and delete all the files under it. Here is a picture for your reference. You may need to check all disks of your pc to find this folder.

4. Uninstall iTunes with the steps below:

Search for iTunes, choose it, and then click Uninstall

5. Download and install iTunes from Apple official website: https://www.apple.com/itunes/

6. Run Dr.Fone - Screen Unlock again, download the firmware package again, and unlock the device.

If this still does not help, please Contact Support for more help.

By the way, please also send us the log files of Dr.fone when you submit your contact request. You can click menu -> Log file on the upper right corner of the program. It is suggested to compress all log files into one zip file before sending it as there might be several log files.
