How to manually install Apps on Android?

Backup Android source phone's Apps to the computer
Connect the target phone to the computer and select file transfer mode
Copy the backed-up App files to the target phone, such as the Download folder
Open file manager on the target phone, locate the apk files in the Download folder, and click to install
