How to solve the issue when WhatsApp/WB backup restore prompt: Unable to import?

The Android phone settings are linked to a Google account, causing data to be restored directly from Google instead of from local data when restoring.

So please kindly try resolution as below:

1.When prompted "Unable to import", please exit WhatsApp.

2.Go to phone settings - Manage accounts, and turn off cloud storage for all Google accounts.

3.Log in to WhatsApp and choose to restore data from local storage.
