What does "1 PC, 5 Mobile devices" mean?

1 PC:

A single license can only be used on one computer and cannot be logged in on multiple computers.

5 Mobile Devices:

A single license can support up to 5 mobile devices. To use the license on more than 5 devices, you will need to purchase an additional license.
