What should I do if Dr.Fone is stuck on the 64-digit key scanning page?

1. Check the backup package storage path, select a local disk folder for the backup path, and the folder should not contain special characters. 

(It is recommended to store it in the root directory of the disk, such as: D:\Wondershare_DrFone_WhatsApp_Backup)

2. The scanned 64-bit key is from Android's WhatsApp.

3. Complete the encryption backup operation by referring to the video:
