Method 1:

If the file manager app does not have sufficient permissions, try using a different file manager app if your phone has multiple ones, or download another file manager app from the Google Play Store. Then, try renaming the folder again.

Method 2:

1. Connect your phone to your computers. Open the storage of your phone in the file explorer and go to the folder path Internal storage/Android/media/.
2. Find the folder named as com.fwhatsapp and rename it to com.whatsapp.

3. For WABusiness：Find the folder named as com.whatsapp.gqw4b and rename it to com.whatsapp.w4b.
