When selecting your subscription, you'll have the option to enable or disable auto-renewal. If you choose auto-renewal, you'll receive a notification two weeks before your subscription expires. To cancel auto-renewal, follow these steps:
Step1: Login to your 2Checkout MyAccount via secure.2co.com/myaccount.
Step2: Navigate to "My Products" and click "Stop automatic license renewal" beneath the product with this option enabled.
2. For Orders via Other Methods: If your order was processed through alternative means, please contact us via the Support Center. Provide your order reference and request for assistance with canceling your subscription.
