What should I do when I haven't received my license code after a successful payment?

  • For 12-Month Subscription: If you've purchased the 12-month subscription plan, you won't need a license code for activation. Simply log out of your registered email account and then log in again to access the premium features. If you encounter any issues accessing these features, kindly remember your order details and EdrawMind User ID to customer_service@wondershare.com, and our team will assist you in activating your Pro account.

  • For Perpetual License: In case you've purchased a perpetual license and haven't received your license information, please forward your order ID to customer_service@wondershare.com. Our support team will promptly assist you in locating the required license information.
