What should I do if there is no sound after importing an audio file?

  1. First, use a local media player to play the audio file and confirm whether the issue lies with the audio itself.
  2. If the audio plays normally locally, please check in Filmora whether Track Mute or Clip Mute is enabled, and whether the Solo function is turned on.audio.png
  3. If the problem persists, please use the Feedback button in the software to submit the issue, and provide the packaged project file for investigation.
