What should I do if the generated result is not what I expected?

Generative AI results are inherently somewhat random. If the task finished successfully but the style, details, or overall result is not what you expected, try improving the prompt, adding more reference materials, or switching models and trying again.
If there is a clear mismatch between the result and the prompt, or if no result is returned, the file is damaged, or the task fails abnormally, contact support for verification.
