Can I roll back to an older version that doesn't require AI Credits?

Filmora 14 has introduced the AI Features and AI Credits system. In older versions, AI Credits are not required, but there weren't many AI features available. The Speech to Text and Text-to-Speech features available in older versions also consume duration and characters, which need extra payment.
