Yes, you can adjust the thumbnail size of your media to display more items in the Media view.
Locate the slider in the upper-right corner of the Media panel.
Drag the slider to decrease the thumbnail size—this will allow more media items to be displayed at once.
Drag the slider to increase the thumbnail size if you prefer larger previews.
