How to adjust one side scaling in the preview window instead of proportional scaling?

Follow these steps to independently scale the X and Y axes of your video clip:

  1. Select Your Clip

    • Click on the desired clip in either the timeline or preview window

    • The Parameter Adjustment panel will appear automatically

  2. Access Transform Settings

    • Navigate to: Video → Basic → Transform

    • Locate the Scale parameters

    • Click the chain/link icon between X and Y values to unlock independent scaling

  3. Adjust One-Side Scaling

    • With independent scaling enabled:

      • Four adjustment nodes will appear around the clip in the preview window

      • Drag any side node horizontally or vertically for one-axis scaling

      • Use corner nodes for proportional scaling (both axes)
