How to adjust one side scaling in the preview window instead of proportional scaling?

This issue only occurs in Filmora 12 because the new version has changed the user interface and operational design.
Step 1:
Select the clip in preview windows and you will see the Parameter adjustment interface.
Step 2:
Unlock the scale of X and Y in Video —Basic—Transform.
Step 3:
Then you will see the four adjustment nodes of the cipl in the preview window, and you can drag them to adjust the one-side scaling.
