Step 1: Locate the Hosts File

Access System Folder

Open Finder
-
Click Go in the menu bar → Go to Folder...

Enter:
text/etc

Click Go
-

Find Target File
-
In the
/etcdirectory, locate:-
File name:
hosts -
Note: This is a system file (no file extension)

Step 2: Edit Hosts File (If Wondershare Entries Exist)

Create Backup Copy
-
Right-click
hostsfile → Copy -
Paste to Desktop (creates
hosts copy)

Modify Contents
-
Right-click desktop copy → Open With → TextEdit
-
Delete ALL lines containing:
wondershare
-
Save changes
-
-
Replace Original File
-
Drag the modified file from the Desktop back to
/etc -
Authenticate with the administrator password when prompted

Choose Replace when asked
