How to get a high-quality screenshot from a video?

It is recommended to take the snapshot during preview in the media library. Please follow these steps:

Import the original media file into the media library.
Double-click the video in the media library to play it at full quality in the preview window.
While previewing, you can take a snapshot by clicking the [camera] icon in the lower right corner of the preview area.
After that, the snapshot will automatically appear in the media library. Right-click on the snapshot and select Reveal in Explorer to find where it is automatically saved on your computer.
