It is recommended to take the snapshot during preview in the media library. Please follow these steps:
- Import the original media file into the media library.
- Double-click the video in the media library to play it at full quality in the preview window.
- While previewing, you can take a snapshot by clicking the [camera] icon in the lower right corner of the preview area.
- After that, the snapshot will automatically appear in the media library. Right-click on the snapshot and select Reveal in Explorer to find where it is automatically saved on your computer.
