1. What is a graphics driver and what problems are related to it?
A graphics card driver is system software that controls the computer’s video adapter (known as a graphics card or GPU). Updating the graphics driver can help fix certain visual issues in Wondershare Filmora, including but not limited to:
- Freezing on startup related to the GPU driver
- Video lags during editing
- Slow performance

2. How to identify your graphics card?
Before updating your drivers, you need to know which graphics card your computer is using. Here are two methods using the DirectX Diagnostic Tool:
(1) Click Start, type dxdiag in the search box, and press Enter. A new window will appear.
(2) Select the Display tab to view the name, manufacturer, version, and date of your graphics card (as shown below).
3. How to update to the latest driver?
