The subtitle track is a task-driven dedicated track and cannot be manually created via the normal "Add Track" at the timeline header; it must be generated by specific subtitle assets.
[Operation] ① Auto-generation: Select audio-containing media on the timeline and execute "Speech to Text (STT)". Upon completion, when the results are added to the timeline, the system will automatically create and drop them into a dedicated "Subtitle Track" above the main track; ② File import trigger: Import an external .srt or .ass subtitle file into the media bin and drag it directly to any blank drop point on the timeline. The system will automatically generate a dedicated subtitle track at that location; ③ Secondary transcription rules: When STT is run again on the same video segment, the system will automatically overlay and create a new subtitle track above the existing one, facilitating multi-language separation.
[Verification] A dedicated subtitle identifier (CC) is displayed on the left side of the timeline track header, and the visual appearance of this track has a clear boundary from regular video tracks.
