When you create a project in Filmora, the default frame rate for the project is 25fps.
That is, 1 second = 25FR.
For example, if you set the playback time to 30FR, it will be calculated as 5FR per second.
In this case, please check the steps below to set the playback time as usual.
First, open the project file you are creating in Filmora.
Next, from the top menu of the editing screen, please go to [File] > [Project Settings] > Frame Rate and set it to 60fps.
After that, please reset the playback time based on 1 second = 60FR.
