I imported hundreds of media files at once, and they're all piled up in the project media library, which is too messy. How do I create folders for categorization and management in the new version?

V16 fully introduces a hierarchical folder management system in the "Project Media" area, supporting the creation of multi-level subdirectories and free drag-and-drop sorting.

[Operation] ① Create a new directory: Hover your mouse over the "Project Media" bar on the left, and click the "+" sign that appears on the right (or use the shortcut Shift+Cmd+N/Shift+Ctrl+N) to create a top-level root folder; ② Create subsets: Right-click an existing folder and select "New Subfolder" to establish infinitely nested levels; ③ Import and categorize: Supports directly dragging the entire folder structure from your local computer into the media bin, and the system will automatically preserve the original directory tree. You can also freely drag and drop media files within the media bin for cross-folder moving and resorting.

[Verification] Expand the newly created folder in the left navigation tree, and confirm that the materials have been categorized according to your custom business logic. The search efficiency for large-scale projects is greatly improved.
