- **Verify Your Login**: Ensure that you are logged into Filmora using the correct email account associated with your subscription purchase. If you used a different email during the purchase, the subscription might be linked to that account.
- **Check Your License Type**: If your license is a perpetual license, please check if it is valid for the newest version. For example, if you have purchased the perpetual license for version 14, it cannot be recognized in version 15.
- **Log Out and Log Back In**: Sometimes, logging out of the app and logging back in can refresh the subscription status.
- **Feedback Option**: If you confirm that you are logged into the correct account but the subscription is still not recognized, please use the "Feedback" option under the Help menu within the Filmora software to submit the issue details for further assistance.
