To achieve zoom-in, swing, or shake effects within a single piece of media, you need to use the newly added "Combo" video animation preset in V16.
[Operation] Select a picture or video clip on the timeline, double-click to open the properties panel, and navigate to "Animation > Motion Presets > Combo". Here, you can find highly expressive dynamic effects including Zoom, Shake, 3D, Glow, etc. Just click the required preset to apply dynamic effects to static media with one click, saving the tedious steps of manually creating complex keyframes.
[Verification] Play the timeline. The media instantly gains dynamic expressiveness, giving bland static shots an extremely strong visual impact in an instant.
