V16 has applied visual noise reduction and hierarchical rearrangement to the toolbar on the right side of the timeline. Global control switches such as snapping and ripple editing have been centralized and integrated into a fixed function axis area on the right.
[Operation] In the button matrix on the right side of the timeline toolbar, a series of global state switches are arranged sequentially. You can directly click the corresponding icons to enable or disable core features like "Timeline Snapping", "Main Track Magnet", "Auto Ripple", and "Sync Auto-Ripple". These icons remain constantly resident, entirely unaffected by the currently selected media type, and will display a highlighted selected state when enabled.
[Verification] After clicking the "Timeline Snapping" icon to gray it out, dragging media close to other clips no longer produces an automatic magnetic snapping pause, proving that this global function has been successfully disabled.
