• Common working formats: MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG

2️⃣ Simplify the File
• Save a copy to your desktop (avoid network/cloud locations)
• Remove any special characters:

❌ "Vacation@2024#.mp4"

✅ "Vacation.mp4"

3️⃣ Try Alternative Import Methods
• Drag & drop directly into the Filmora timeline
• Or use: Media Panel → Import Media
