My subscription shows Active, but it fails to auto-renew, what shoud I do?

If your subscription remains active but has not been renewed on time, please try updating your payment method in the Account Center. After updating, you can wait 12-24 hours to see if it renews automatically, or check the Account Center for any options to trigger a manual renewal.

If you still encounter issues, please submit it through the Help - Feedback option within the software. Our tech team and financial team will further check the issue for you.
