V16 deeply solidifies the file properties and Metadata exploration panel on the right side of the media bin, providing a one-stop media information overview and comment management capability.
[Operation] Single-click to select any video or image media in the media bin, move your sight to the information panel on the right side of the interface, and click to switch to the "Media Info" tab. Here, you can directly losslessly read the media's encoding format (e.g., H264), resolution, frame rate, color space (e.g., BT709), sample rate, and original disk path. At the same time, you can also manually input personalized identification information into the Tags and Comment text boxes at the bottom of the panel.
[Verification] When selecting media of different specifications, the underlying parameters of the Media Info panel refresh instantly. The added comment and tag information is automatically saved with the project file, facilitating quick retrieval later.
