What should I do if I forget my password?

To reset your Wondershare account password:

  1. Access the Login Page
    Visit: Wondershare Account Login

  2. Initiate Password Reset

    • Enter your registered email address

    • Click "Forgot your password?" below the login button

  3. Complete Verification

    • Check your email for a 6-digit verification code

    • Enter the code on the verification page

    • Create and confirm your new password

Didn't Receive the Code?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Wait 5 minutes and request again

  3. If still not received, contact us through Support.
