What should I do if I get a "Format not supported" message when importing?

If you see a "Format not supported" message when importing a file, try the following steps:

Confirm whether the file format is supported by Filmora
- You can check the list of supported formats on the technical specifications page.
If the file format is supported but you still get an error
- In the software menu, go to Help > Feedback to submit a problem report to the Filmora support team for assistance.
