What should I do if severe frame drops or freezing occur when previewing 360° panoramic videos or adjusting camera movement presets?

Real-time spherical projection computing for high-resolution 360° footage is extremely hardware-intensive (system baseline requirements: Windows requires an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 / AMD Ryzen 3000 series + 16 GB RAM + GTX 1660 graphics card; Mac requires an Apple M1 chip or newer).

【Instructions】 ① In the bottom-right corner of the player window, switch the playback quality drop-down menu from 「Full」 to 「1/2」 or 「1/4」 to reduce the real-time rendering load; ② Right-click the 360° panoramic clip on the timeline, select 「Create Proxy File」, and use the lightweight proxy to smoothly reframe and set keyframes (the final export will automatically revert to the original resolution and quality); ③ Avoid stacking multiple resource-heavy 3D effects before rendering.

【Verification】 Drag the timeline playhead or use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in the player; camera movements and angle adjustments should respond smoothly without noticeable stuttering or frame drops.
