What should I do if the thumbnail or duration of the footage remains unchanged when I modify and re-import it into Filmora?

If you modified a media file and re-imported it into Filmora, but the thumbnail or duration still has not updated, this may be caused by cached files.

Please try clearing the cache in Filmora by following these steps:

1. Open Filmora and select the Performance tab.
3. Click Clear under Media Cache.
4. Restart Filmora and then re-import the modified media file to check again.

This should refresh the media information and update the thumbnail and duration correctly.
