Why can't I access my video that I uploaded to Filmora Cloud with the sharing link?

  1. **Verify the Link**: Double-check the link to ensure it is correctly copied and pasted into your browser.
  2. **Check Expiration**: If the link was shared with an expiration date, confirm that the validity period has not passed. Links can be set to expire after 1, 7, or 30 days.
  3. ** Check your network environment**: Please try to switch to a different network connection, or disable the VPN and firewall and see if it works. If the issue still exists, please use the Feedback feature under Help option to submit your issue, so that our tech team could further check the issue for you.
