Why can’t I find the hardware acceleration option?

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. Export Format Issue

  • Some video formats do not support hardware acceleration.
  • It is recommended to switch to the common format MP4 and try again.

2. Feature Conflict Issue

  • The Hardware Acceleration option and Advanced Compression feature cannot be enabled at the same time.
  • If “Advanced Compression” is turned on, the hardware acceleration option will be automatically hidden.
  • Please disable “Advanced Compression” and then check the hardware acceleration option again.
