Possible Causes and Solutions:
1. Export Format Issue
- Some video formats do not support hardware acceleration.
- It is recommended to switch to the common format MP4 and try again.
2. Feature Conflict Issue
- The Hardware Acceleration option and Advanced Compression feature cannot be enabled at the same time.
- If “Advanced Compression” is turned on, the hardware acceleration option will be automatically hidden.
- Please disable “Advanced Compression” and then check the hardware acceleration option again.
