Why is my Filmora interface displaying abnormally?

If you encounter an abnormal interface display problem, as shown in the following figure:

Please refer to the following solutions:


(1) Restart the software to make sure it is working properly.


(2) Right click on the software icon, select Open File Location

Enter the corresponding version directory, find the Skin folder, and confirm the contents of the files in the folder.
The version before 15.2.0 has the following files

The version after 15.2.0 has the following files

If not, check if the above files have been blocked by security software and try reinstalling the software.

After trying the above steps, if the problem persists, please contact our support team and send us the following files for further troubleshooting:

“WAE-”. files:

1. Type %temp% in the address bar of your computer.

2. Compress all files in the directory starting with “WAE-”. into a zip file and send it to us.

Log files:

1. Right click Wondershare Filmora icon on the desktop, and then click “Open file location

2. Open the folder named with Filmora version

3. Locate the Log folder, close Filmora and compress the Log folder into one zip file and then send it to us
