Why is my video still saved on my computer even though I selected “Export to Device”?

Reason and Explanation:

The “Export to Device” option provides various common device types. After selection, Filmora automatically matches the most suitable export settings (such as resolution, format, and encoding).

However, this action does not directly save the video to your other device. The video file is still exported to your computer.

Solution and Next Steps:

  1. Find the exported video file on your computer;
  2. Use USB cable, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi transfer, or cloud storage to manually transfer the video to your target device;
  3. Open the video file on the device for playback.
