You can change your PIN through parents’ devices or on our website.
- On Parents’ Devices
1. Log in FamiSafe and go to Account.
2. Tap PIN Change.
3. A pop-up window about PIN reset email will occur, please follow the instructions there to change your PIN.
- On Website
1. Log in FamiSafe on the Website.
2. Click the Arrow icon on the upper right corner.
3. Click PIN Change.
4. A pop-up window about PIN reset email will occur, please follow the instructions there to change your PIN.
