How to get license information after purchasing?

A confirmation email including license information will be sent to customers after payment. If you have not received the email, it probably is due to a wrong email address provided during purchase. Please send the following information to Wondershare Support Team for immediate assistance:

1. a Screenshot of the payment

2. Payment date and transaction ID

3. The first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of your credit card number

4. Full name of the card holder
